Our menus have been designed to offer delicious dishes from the Bahamas and beyond. We offer many fresh and local ingredients, grown right on the land and seas around Andros. Fresh and Homemade

Our wonderful kitchen staff prepares fabulous, homemade meals to enjoy on your stay with us. We use the freshest ingredients available, which means we buy as much locally as we can. Our chefs grill locally caught fish and lobster caught by our guests and local fishermen whenever available. With tasty options with a Caribbean flare, to continental cuisine, there is always a wide array of fresh and delicious food and every meal. And if you need a little snack in the middle of the day, the kitchen will gladly give you a little something!

So kids can be kids and grown-ups can be grown-ups, children ages seven and under have dinner away from the bar, separately in the games room, accompanied by complimentary babysitting. After the children's dinner, there are supervised games, as well as arts & craft activities to keep kids entertained while you enjoy a great mealtime on our terrace or in the lounge.


Holiday Feasts

Four times a year we have a huge feast at Small Hope Bay Lodge. These are US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Easter. On these feast dinners the menu changes every time but usually has a few things in common: a roasted pig, a turkey, one or two seafood options like lobster or shrimp, stuffing, and freshly prepared veggies and starches. But remember to leave room for dessert! On these special occasions our kitchen makes no less than 15 scrumptious desserts!
