Our team of international and local chefs have worked together to create an authentic and delicious menu of Bahamian inspired cuisine, using local fare such as vegetables from Andros Island and fresh caught fish from our local fishermen.  When you dine on the beachfront patio with your new and old friends, you will be indulging in traditional Bahamian dishes and some dishes that have been "rediscovered" by our ingenious chefs.
