SMALL HOPE BAY LODGE ANNOUNCES NEW MENU
Small Hope Bay Lodge is pleased to announce an updated food & beverage program with a fresh new menu!
Over the years at Small Hope our menus and our staff have evolved and grown, you can expect that we'll continue to look for new ideas to make our food as tasty and interesting as possible. Sure, we've always had great food and drinks - now we're even better!
Through facility improvements, menu testing and tweaking, and incorporating much more from our local farmers and fisherman, the food is the best it's ever been! Our Bahamian and international culinary team have collaborated to introduce a wide-range of new dishes! Experience dining at Small Hope and try slow-braised Caribbean pork ribs, coconut shrimp, spice-brined turkey breast, Bahamian grilled jerk rib eye and fresh chilled lobster salad. For dessert, you can't pass up the guava duff with butter rum sauce, carrot pumpkin cream pie, lime meringue pie, coconut cake and "Secks" in the Pan, just to name a few!
